A charming place with all required amenities and well-maintained stay ! And the host, Ms. Alvina - always accessible and friendly. My wife & I would love to visit again for a longer stay.

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Suma and Sandeep’s property. I had booked it for two days, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The surroundings have lot of trees, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere—ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable. As locals, they possess in-depth knowledge of the area and were incredibly helpful in providing detailed guidance and recommendations tailored to my interests. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with gracious hosts.

This was my second visit to kolhapur and muktangan. The stay at muktangaan is awesome. The house is neat clean and you can find almost everything we need. Madhuri tai is very helpful and available. The house is very nearby like 1.5 km from temple so its very convenient to travel to mahalaxmi temple. Also its almost in the middle of the city so easy to travel from there to many spots. Its great stay as always . Would love to visit again Thank you.

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .

Good place to spend some quality time. Good view to bird sanctuary. Drawback of this place is its far from beach and lound noise migth be issue for neighbours.
