In addition, dormitory‑style accommodation for up to 38 guests is available within the premises, including a 500 sq. ft. hall (up to 30 guests with mattresses) and an additional bedroom (20×10 ft for extra guests). The owner Mr Sudarshan Rawat is a renown Hotelier having worked in the field for over 30 years. This homestay is his retirement family home where he lives with his wife and two adorable doggies named ginger and pepper. The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
