This amazing location is also right on the MTB trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs Park where you can get trailside coffee. We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

Very close to one of the world-class trails - The tunnel vision and the back 40, beautiful lakes, golf courses, parks, restaurants and a lot more. Enjoy two private decks along the Lake Windsor inlet. You will have a view of the lake during the winter season and a beautiful view of trees around during the spring and summer seasons. Relax in our magnificent residence called, "Stone Castle." You will have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within our residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Welcome to your Bella Vista basecamp—just 1.2 miles from Lake Avalon and a 3-minute ride to the Lago Vista mountain biking trail! Whether you're here to explore the outdoors or simply unwind, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfectly equipped for your stay. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious king bed in the master bedroom, and a cozy queen in the second room. After your adventures, toss your gear in the washer/dryer and store your bikes securely on-site.

Trailhead Tree House is a spacious, 2,800 sq ft home, with a private hot tub, nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a private pathway that directly connects to the Tunnel Vision mountain biking/ walking trail. Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
