La Perla Holiday, in Bellagio, is an independent portion without a kitchen of a newly built villa, located on the ground floor, with free private parking and garden, away from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach can be reached within a 6-minute walk, convenience store 2,bar restaurant pool, post office,carabinieri,pharmacy,doctors and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. The Imbarcadero and the beautiful lakefront of the village are a 15/20 minute walk.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Villa Giovannina is located 10 minutes from the city center and the lake of Como. The house on the tree is nested 6 meters above the ground, the design and exquisite detail complement the natural and relaxing environment on a classical Italian garden. The tree house is perfect for couples (2 people max + 1 kid), with a 1 cozy bedroom and bathroom, terrace and more than 50 acres of flowers and nature.
