Lovely spacious functional house on the beach of Saint Colomban (supervised swimming in summer and windsurfing and wing foil school) with sea view from the terrace, dining area (elevated table) and master bedroom. Ty Bihan Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Walled garden with outdoor shower, dining area and terrace. Possibility to park two cars. Small grocery store with fresh bread 30 seconds from Easter to the end of August. Two family-run bar restaurants that close early.

The house has an enclosed garden and backyard terrace which is great for chilling out. Sheets and towels supplied free of charge. Steep stairs requires vigilance for children under 4 years or elderly people. I sometimes stay in the garden studio and I am very discreet.
