Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Cozy 140 m2 house completely renovated in 2020, nestled in a green setting within a group of 16th century buildings, whose main house was built by Marguerite Goëvrot, heiress of the lands of La Coudrelle by her Father, Jean Goëvrot, ordinary doctor of the King and Queen of Navarre. 5 minutes from the village of Bazoches for small purchases (bakery – grocery store) and 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. you will be seduced by the tranquility of the place, very well preserved.

Holiday cottage in the heart of Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the Percher countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

Tree house above the water

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).
