The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Bei Bedarf auch 4 Personen (Schlafcouch - Beachte: 120cm Breite!) möglich. Die Außenanlagen sind noch nicht fertig gestellt. Zentrale und ruhige Lage in Bendorf (Einkauf / ÖPNV < 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar). Waschmaschine und Trockner können nach Absprache genutzt werden.

Unser Apartment liegt am Waldrand und bietet einen schönen Aussenbereich im Grünen. Ob ihr euch erholen möchtet oder aktiv sein wollt, die Natur genießen und/ oder einfach entspannen möchtet, das alles ist hier möglich. Auch gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele an Rhein und Mosel zu erkunden, ebenso wie die Stadt Koblenz. The approx. 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a separate building. A parking space is available. The apartment is functional and complex. The kitchen with dining counter also has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle (coffee & tea are available). In the living area there is a satellite TV and a radio alarm clock. There is a 120 cm foldaway bed and a 140 cm box spring bed. Not suitable for toddlers.
