Located in a secure and quiet residence, the apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes walk from Deauville/Blonville. Consistent with the description and photos, the terrace in the morning sun is a real plus. Everything was very clean, basic equipment available, it was very appreciable. I highly recommend this apartment, I will definitely come back!

Highly responsive and clear host. When we arrived, the person who took care of us let us into the accommodation earlier. It's also very responsive. Apartment quite suitable for 4. The beach is a 5-minute walk with a few small ones returning to the seaside. Impeccable, I recommend it.

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed a very pleasant scent and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was ready under the stairs in the entrance area, which we appreciated very much, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. We had a great time, in a really quiet apartment, with a nice relaxing view, all in a very nice and wooded residence. The apartment itself is as advertised in the photos: bright, extremely clean, well arranged and carefully decorated. And the hospitality is perfect, between the small touches and the guide left available. We immediately felt at home, thank you for this stay!

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .
