Holiday rentals with a patio in Benicàssim

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in town.

My partner and I have spent a very pleasant few days in Elisa's apartment, the location is very good right next to the beach promenade and the residential complex is very quiet. The apartment is ideal to spend a day and relax, small but well-equipped and very cozy, Elisa has been a 10-star host, making sure that everything goes well at all times, we will repeat!

Rob and Theresa are great hosts, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The reception was warm and you almost forget that you are at an Airbnb and not with old acquaintances you want to invite to your home next time. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I have never seen a hotel or Airbnb that was so well cleaned, and then this one was also on a sandy beach and dogs are allowed so it is even more special. We will definitely come back when we are in the area!

Willem told us perfectly how to get there and waited for us at the door, he also had the courtesy of leaving us mini croissants and the apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay.

Francisco's apartment is impeccable. It has a very nice terrace, it is comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. The beach is very close, a couple of blocks away on foot. Communication with Francisco is super fast! Parking is on the street, we always find a place, although I imagine that in summer it's a different story. If you plan to cook, bring your basic condiments (salt, oil, etc.). Check-in is coordinated with a person who gives you the keys, who also responds quickly and is very kind. 100% recommended

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the assessment... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that has bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a quiet community pool on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who greeted us was charming. It was perfect!

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very kind and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.
