Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Benicia

Had the most amazing stay at Dahlia's place! The house looked just like the pictures, there was so much space for our group with multiple living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Everything was spotless as well. And there was so much space for our group to stretch out. Everything was well stocked and we loved some of the thoughtful touches (keeping toothbrushes + Advil stocked in the bathroom, and markers for wine glass marking). Dahlia and James were responsive when we had questions and an overall pleasure to interact with. The location was great as well! The neighborhood was nice and quiet & convenient located about 20-30 minutes from the wineries we went to in Napa. Overall, can not recommend this place enough & was a great value for our Napa visit!

Koko is a wonderful host! She was very communicative and checked in on us often throughout our stay. She even had some champagne available for us to enjoy during our trip! This house is spacious and with 6 guests we had a lot of room to move around. We loved having 3 bathrooms so each couple could have their own. The bedrooms themselves were also very clean with very comfortable beds. We also felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to make breakfast in the mornings before heading out for the day. We were also pretty close to downtown Napa, about 15-20 min without traffic, but expect 30-40 during long weekends/big events. Loved that we were able to check in early and check out late since we were attending bottlerock the whole weekend. Would highly recommend this and any other property Koko offers!

Absolutely gorgeous home in Walnut Creek. The town is very walkable (restaurants, coffee shops) and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. It's about 45 minutes from San Francisco and 45 min from Napa (we chose it like this on purpose since we were planning on splitting our time between these areas). If you're looking to relax this is the spot for you.

Noah's house is in a lovely section of North Berkeley — close to some great restaurants, groceries, and interesting shops on Solano Avenue (about a 10 minute walk). We needed a respite from the dog our daughter is fostering, and this well-maintained, peaceful home was perfect. We were able to get our work done (fast, reliable internet), go for walks, and recharge. Thank you, Noah!

I didn’t use the pool or couple of the rooms, but I will say that the house was very quiet very quiet neighborhood safe and just what I needed for a place of solitude by myself will come again it’s just very clean. The host is very responsive and very easy-going. I would go out here again in a heartbeat very good flexible experience thanks again

This house is beautifully maintained and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. Everything is in tip top shape. Location in Vallejo is very convenient to the San Francisco ferry and lots of other attractions. I was very happy here. Just to mention, it doesn't have central air conditioning, just a unit in the living room. I think that could be an issue in very warm weather. When I was there in June, the outside temp was in the low 70s, and even so, the house was a bit stuffy in the height of the afternoon, but it was downright cool in the evening and early morning.

The home was very clean, the neighborhood was safe and quite. Communication with Jason was a breeze; we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Jorge's place was beautiful–better than the pictures. He was extremely communicative and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'll def stay there.

I’m a repeat customer and hopefully will return again in December. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.

We enjoyed our stay at Renée's. It was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The place was spotless and the garden was beautiful. Communication was great and we appreciated the offer to check in early as we were driving around with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roseann's place. Perfect instructions as to how to enter. The home was clean and comfortable. We were very thankful for the coffee and the coffee pot :) Great view of the golf course. A lovely place for a quiet get away!

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

Ottoline’s place was safe, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. It was perfect for our weekend in the area. Otto was very helpful and responsive, and the place itself had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and kitchen was great to make food from the Whole Foods nearby. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Monica’s. The location was good and within an easy walk to downtown and the train. It was also a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed hearing the birdsong. The studio was very comfortable and relaxing and had everything we needed including a very spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the recommendations left by Monica and other guests

We enjoyed our Father's Day Getaway Weekend. Amazing and responsive Hosts! An appliance issue did come up during our stay, but they were quick to get the problem resolved and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of Thank You so Much

We enjoyed our Father’s Day getaway filled with lots of family giggles, swimming, sun, and the best company. The home was relaxing and exclusive. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside paired with local Napa valley wine (who could ask for more?!) located near the heart of Napa and the best restaurants/grocery. We would love to come back soon!

We had a wonderful five-night stay! The house was spacious, had beautiful views, and comfortably accommodated our group. Jenny was responsive and kind, especially when helping me coordinate a return trip to retrieve an important prescription I had left behind. Highly recommend!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home filled with beautiful artwork and creative touches that gives it a ton of personality. Every room has it's own charm as well as access to the garden-like outdoors. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful setting. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Sang’s home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious — perfect for our group getaway. The house was well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. Stacie’s home was lovely and perfect for our Annual Memorial Day Delta visit! Home was well appointed with everything and more than expected! Everything was in good working condition and location was great for Delta water water activities. The boat house on the dock was perfect and again well appointed with extra life vests, paddle boards, refrigerator, fishing poles and supplie and lots of room for dining al fresco! Just perfect. We will definitely be back!
