La distancia a la playa del Moraig es de 2,2 km y a la playa del Portet de 3,5 km, en la zona hay tambien muchas rutas de senderismo, subida al Montgo, Catedral del senderismo, subida al Puig Campana..... Zona muy tranquila y con mucha paz

房子位于阿利坎特市中心风景最美的古老街道，网红打卡必到之地，在圣巴巴拉城堡下面，面朝大海，春暖花开。房子有两个房间，一个客厅，一个厨房，一个带淋浴的卫生间。房子是底层的独立住宅，有将近一百年的历史，经过了翻新改造。我们保证每一次都会认真打扫卫生，换洗床上用品。厨房提供电磁炉，烤箱，微波炉，咖啡机以及其他厨房用品。浴室提供两条大毛巾和两条小毛巾。房子在城堡下面的山坡上，因为在市中心，附近没有免费停车位,但是距离房子走路四分钟之内有地下收费停车场。房子在地势较高的山坡上，景色非常优美，但是不一定适合年老以及体弱房客和带婴儿的房客使用，因为有十几个台阶。从街道的楼梯往上走可以到达雄伟的圣芭芭拉城堡的最高处，俯瞰整个城市，往下走十分钟就是迷人的海滩，大教堂，市政厅。。。。。出租车可以到达街道的入口。我们设置的入住时间是下午三点，我们会尽量在两点之前让您入住。
