This bright, 80-m² (861-ft²) two-room apartment on the 3rd floor (European numbering) is located in the heart of the Kurzone 1 spa area. It features a fully equipped kitchen. You can find free parking approximately 200 meters from the property at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. You can reach the spa in just 4 minutes and the city center in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you may store your luggage in our secure basement area at your own risk.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.
