The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Great for dogs!! Compact studio apartment but with a large private terrace and access to the main garden. On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.
