Your own washer/dryer stocked with supplies and private full bath with rainfall shower head and HUGE tub! We also offer Hulu, HBO&WIFI.

This home is a three bedroom ranch. It is newly updated. All of the mattresses have recently been replaced and have memory foam toppers. It is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large and has plenty of room for several people to be working at the same time. There is seating for eight people. The backyard is private and includes a small patio area with a grill, table and four chairs. There is also a fire pit. It is the perfect place to start and end your day.

Wow! Just WOW! This has to be one of the best ABNB properties out there! It was so relaxing and serene. I couldn’t imagine a setting like this so close to the airport yet so private and quiet. I absolutely loved hearing the rushing water over the rocks in the river that I never got to see. Wanted to hike the trails but didn’t have the time. Gorgeous gardens! So much better than a hotel. Prettier than the pictures on the web. Loved the mini coffee bar with water and the little snack provided. Just a super stay with whipped cream and a cherry on top!!! Thank you so much Anne and Al🌸

Berea Beauty close to Baldwin-Wallace University

We stayed Friday to Sunday at The Stanford House. Rebecca was very responsive and friendly with all our communications and readily accommodated our requests for check in and check out extensions. The house is very special and comfortable for meals and long chat sessions. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Rebecca provides chocolates and generously shares anything available. She even had frozen lemon and lime slices in the freezer. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and accessible. The outdoor areas included a lovely patio, balcony, and separate garden patio next to the garage which has a fun party room. Rebecca’s yard and flowers are simply beautiful with bird feeders that attract many different beauties. The indoor and outdoor lighting creates a lovely ambiance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe within walking distance to the Metro Park and Berea Falls. We highly recommend the Stanford House .

The hosts are wonderful people, welcoming and communicative as well as respectful of our privacy. The guest suite was spotless and the beautiful decor created a feeling of peace and serenity. It's within walking distance of town, plus the national park and Metroparks are nearby too! It's definitely a great place to get away from it all! And we couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable. Located above a chiropractic office, very nice building. Also, it is located on a busy street so pretty noisy and bring your own pillow if you're picky or have neck issues.

we came to Ohio for a wedding johns place was 17 minutes away from wedding venue which was great.After wedding it was nice to come back to John's place and relax and rest.I wish there was another Tv in basement for our other travelers.Overall nice place and if I am ever in Cleveland area again I would stay at John's.

River House on BW campus!

Loved that my two dogs were welcomed- lots of dogs in neighborhood. Peaceful home and quiet surroundings. Had some work done on my house so this was more of a get out of the way and let work be done- but I’m glad I booked this because it was more than the photos, it was an escape from my everyday reality and I blend in well with the week stay. Very reasonably priced, great location- thank you for fantastic communication Kristen.
