Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Het huisje is zeer sfeervol en compleet en heeft een heerlijk terras in het groen, terwijl je slechts 200 meter van het centrum van Alkmaar verwijderd bent en 10 minuten lopen tot het station. Het huisje heeft een eigen opgang voor maximale privacy en 1 gratis parkeerplek. Alle gemakken zoals WiFi, TV, Stereo, Airco, Combi-oven, Was/Droogmachine, Keuken apparatuur zijn aanwezig. Op het terras zijn stoelen, een tafel en een BBQ aanwezig.

Lovely, spacious maisonette with 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor overlooking the sea! Enough space for 6 people at only 80 m from the beach. Enjoy the wonderful sound of the sea at this beautiful location. The bunk bed is ideally not to be used by adults. Apartment is not equipped with a stair gate. Unfortunately, groups are not allowed in accordance with the house rules of the apartment complex. Please note, not suitable for disabled people due to the presence of stairs!

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

100-year-old farmhouse with 7 bicycles

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
