Waterfront holiday rentals in Bergen

It was nice, very close to the beach, a big apartment with two bathrooms and great communication with the host! A great stay!

We had a brief but lovely stay! It was clean and exactly as described and the location in the dunes and 5 min walk to the beach we found best! 😊

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

Perfect place to discover this beautiful city. Some times noisy outside but this is normal if you want to stay in the heart of the city. Very good communication with Job. Thank you!

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment. Comfortable beds! And everything you can think of is present. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the shopping street. The contacts with the landlord are excellent, they give clear information, respond quickly and are very friendly.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, on the sea and there was a parking space right in front of the house. It was furnished with everything you needed, the couch was very cozy. I would just not recommend them to older people as you have to climb into the bed. Under the bed are washing machine and dryer, very cleverly furnished so. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment has an excellent location, directly on the dunes, close to the beach and quickly in the village. We were greeted very nicely at the agreed time, received some information and were warmly said goodbye to at check-out. It is nicely furnished and was perfect for the two of us with a dog. Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was as shown on the pictures and we had a lovely weekend.

We had suuuuch a fantastic time at Lindsey’s place. The house is even more beautiful than on the photos and it’s really well equipped. We enjoyed everything about it. The distance to the beach is minimal and Lindsey has been a fantastic host.

We had a wonderful time. Communication was fast, friendly and very helpful. In addition, the small and large guests received a loving welcome. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!

I have been to North Holland, near the Schoorlse Duin, very, very often. Worth a trip again and again! Hiking, cycling... This time I had to avoid the restoration of "my" last regular hotel due to renovation, and I came across the "Huisje 89". I felt very comfortable right away! Super bungalow, super clean, great amenities, especially the kitchens! (I never travel without a few good knives, but who does?) The outdoor area is also great! Easy check in! Okay, you have to get on your bike to go shopping, or walk a lot, if you want to leave the car behind while on vacation. But who wouldn't want that? It's almost a shame, Yvonne, that I couldn't tell you this myself, but thanks to the key box, we didn't even see each other. It's also nice that a few basic things are on site, e.g. pepper, salt, oil, coffee pods. Even (German-language) books. You can also leave something there that the next person will be happy about! We'd love to come back!
