“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Vakantie vieren in het sfeervolle, groene Bergen, waarbij u kunt genieten van het bos, strand en duinen. Het vrijstaande vakantiehuis Casa Allegria (64m2) ligt naast het monumentale Zuiderbosch. Gebouwd in 2005, in juli 2020 als vakantiewoning ingericht en volledig voorzien van alle gemakken. Het interieur is met oog voor detail en sfeervol ingericht. Verder is er een heerlijk terras, 'minibioscoop' in de basement met netflix voor regenachtige dagen en een ruime slaapkamer.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

We hebben er alles aan gedaan om het uitzicht op de zonsondergang zoveel mogelijk te houden. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen en we vinden het leuk als je met kinderen komt. Die vinden het vast heerlijk om in de bedstee te slapen en in het speelhuisje te spelen.
