Beautiful and spacious house. The photographs do not do justice to the size and space of the house. Large rooms, lots of sleeping options. Nice outdoor spaces. Quiet and peaceful location. Very handy for supermarket and train. Excellent host - very responsive and helpful.

The four of us had a nice time over the weekend and enjoyed the house. The hosts were very friendly. We will be happy to book again!

It was a fantastically beautiful short vacation that we had in Caroline's home. Starting with the warm welcome, the tasteful and perfectly clean apartment to the fantastic location. You have the feeling of being alone in the middle of the forest. The tranquility in combination with nature was the most important aspect for me. Caroline lives on the same premises and manages the balancing act between proactive hospitality and maintaining privacy. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

We were there for the second time and had a wonderful time again. The house and the view are unbeatable. Just be there and enjoy everything - it doesn't get any better. <3

Everything was just excellent! The apartment is very cozy, clean and exactly as described. The hosts are wonderful – friendly, helpful and attentive. I was there with my children and we felt at home. For me, this was true hospitality and an expression of respect for the guests - something that you don't find everywhere. The apartment is new, the rooms very well laid out and equipped, the terrace a dream. Blankets, pillows, bed linen and towels like in a hotel, all new and sparkling clean. Kitchen has everything you might need for a stay. The bathroom was also sparkling clean. Andreas always answered all questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Aggi & Lars were very friendly and likeable hosts, the apartment really nice and clean and the location a dream. We felt very comfortable with dog and two toddlers and are happy when we have the opportunity to spend our family vacation there again.

Perfect place to stay in Cologne, very friendly and helpful hosts, Josef's son was in constant contact with us, as our check-in time was delayed due to problems with the trains. He proved to be a great help in getting around Cologne. I do really reccommend Josef's place. It's a 2min walk to the nearest train station to get to the center, or you can walk to the center in about 30min.Place was very clean and had a nice view of the garden. Lovely hosts in a lovely city. 7 days of pure paradise! The quiet environment and the cozy house took us straight out of the everyday stress. The house is fully equipped. We were able to cook something every day, because there was everything from pans and pots to potato peeler and grater, just great! The area invites you to hike for hours. Our dog has also felt comfortable from the first day, especially in the garden :) We will definitely come again :)!
