Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The house is in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway and is easily reachable by train. In wildly romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in Engadine style, versatile opportunities for schools, youth camps and families. Historic farmhouse

The 500-year-old farmhouse of my grandfather has been gently renovated with an eye for detail. The house is in the core zone of Latsch, which belongs to the inventory of protected locations. In Latsch, a part of the two Heidifilms was also shot. Latsch is located on a sun terrace and also has plenty of sun in winter and invites you to walks and hikes.
