Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.  Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a second with two single beds, separate toilet. A fenced south-facing terrace and an independent courtyard. Ideally located for walks in exotic forests, within walking distance.  1 hour from Mont Saint Michel and about 30 minutes from the landing beaches.
