Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit, such great touches for a relaxing stay. The space had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay again in the future if welcomed back!

We loved our stay at the mountain house! it really felt like home. Kyllan and Beth thought of everything! From the welcome book, fully stocked game room, pantry, and kitchen to the small touches that made our stay comfortable and welcoming (bathroom signs and other fun decorations). We are all looking forward to our next stay there!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! We were visiting StoryLand and being able to stay directly across the street was convenient! The condo was clean, TV in all the rooms and comfy beds! Keith was very responsive and helpful! We'd stay here again next year when we come back to StoryLand! Highly recommend!

Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

Joe and Colleen's home was absolutely perfect for our 10-person group! The house was exactly like it appeared in the photos. Everything was clean, well organized, and easy to follow based on the instructions they provided. Joe and Colleen were also incredibly responsive during our stay - the longest we had to wait for a response was 1 hour. The location was also very quiet and scenic. All in all, the trip was absolutely amazing, and I could not recommend Joe and Colleen's home enough to people visiting Bethel!

Finally found the right place... Booked it for 3 times this summer GREAT PLACE, has everything u need, and than sum... Will book next year, when the time comes, my son gets several weeks for vacation. Great location for ATVing. Thanks for a Pleasant Stay

2nd time staying here. Enjoy being able to ride side by side directly from the house. House is exactly as described! Had a few extras we needed as well. Rachel is an amazing host! Looking forward to staying again next year.

Great place for an extended weekend.

Great place for family of 10! We had a great time and the location was close enough to travel to Santa's Village. Lauren responded to all of my messages within a timely manner and was fantastic at answering all my questions. I would highly recommend!!!!

Great place to stay for the weekend for our family of 4 with plenty of space / extra beds we didn’t need. We planned a weekend trip to NH for a memorial on Sat and wanted a location that was closer to where we needed to go rather then traveling from our home in CT but also close to trails / Jericho Adventures to enjoy on our down time with our boys . This place worked great for us . Denise was very pleasant and made sure she would be available if needed anything or had any questions. The home and linens were clean and beds were all very comfortable. Would definitely re book this again. Thank you !

Perfect cabin for our ATV weekend. Riding right from the cabin was perfect. Cabin was just what you need when you’re spending most of the day riding the trials. It was clean and was exactly as pictured. Matt was very pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend and would stay again if we are in that area.

What a beautiful place! Doug's property is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery and all the Mountains have to offer. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. I really liked the Energy Efficiency and thought that went into the construction. It was also nice to meet Annie who was very friendly and offered her services throughout our stay. We hope to return!

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

The property was beautiful! The furniture was comfy. We absolutely loved the beds. (so much we are considering buying a new mattress) The lake was great. My daughter loved getting on the lake. (just bring your bug spray!) The air conditioning unit was amazing! We would love to stay here again!

Our stay was excellent. The house was really nice. Spacious, has a game room, easy parking and restaurants down the road. We also brought the side by sides to ride trails that were accessible from the house.

Home was spotless, comfortable for all five adults. Location was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We didn’t have a reason to miss home, from a dedicated seasoning cabinet to morning coffee to utensils, comfortable beds etc. My family and I will definitely be staying again, loved the open concept yet it made for such a cozy place. P.S. The Gorham-Berlin inspired Monopoly was a great touch. Very nice clean upstairs n downstairs 🙏🙏👍🫶🫶🫶🫶

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

This property was exactly as described. Initially, we were concerned about parking with three full-size pickups and three large trailers, but we managed to fit them all in the driveway and used our SXS machines to get around town. The interior of the house was very clean and comfortable. It was also well-stocked with items like paper plates, tinfoil, and Ziploc bags, which are often not provided at other locations. This saved us from making an extra trip to the grocery store. Our favorite feature was the firepit. The backyard was perfect for an evening cap and a campfire after a long day of trail riding. The host, Joe, was very responsive and quick to address any questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. We give this place two thumbs up and will definitely be back again! Thank you, Joe and Rosemary!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
