Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

This home is comfy, cozy, and clean - a classic New Englander - and convenient to skiing and Bethel. Weather kept us from enjoying all of the area’s winter activities, but we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Perfect place for a staycation, the views from the hot tub were peaceful. Wish there was more to do around though. Our hosts were great and very helpful :)

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for us and a toddler. Open studio space with a nice washer/dryer for after swimming at the pool. Close to downtown to grab a bite to eat & explore. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Highly recommend staying with Lory for your North Conway, Attitash, Storyland, or Wildcat vacation. Thank you Lory!

Glen is a really friendly and helpful host, his place is perfectly located for all your outdoor New Hampshire activities. Highly recommended.

2nd time staying here. Enjoy being able to ride side by side directly from the house. House is exactly as described! Had a few extras we needed as well. Rachel is an amazing host! Looking forward to staying again next year.

The cottage was so beautiful, clean and cozy. Tom and Rosemarie gave us tips on places to go to try to see moose and avoid the crowds near the touristic places. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked just as expected. I just wish we had come in a hotter day so we could use the kayak and paddles on the lake! Will definitely come back!

Great place for an extended weekend.

I spent 6 months at Nathan's place as a basecamp for exploring New Hampshire. The house itself is exactly as described and shown in the pictures—cosy, convenient and in a good spot to see what the state has to offer. Nathan responded to questions quickly and had good local recommendations, Chai Thai was a favourite. I was a little concerned about the lack of laundry facilities in the house and the timed showers but both were zero stress. Sure, the showers take a little bit of planning but easy enough to turn the hot water on an hour or so beforehand. For the laundry, the local laundrette is a few minutes drive away - close to USPS, a small grocery store, Dominos - and was also no problem for a weekly trip that cost about $8 a wash and dry. Berlin's pretty desolate in the winter but bursts into life in the summer with ATVs. Day-to-day, there isn't really a lot there but it has all the basics you need within a 10-minute drive. I won't say I'll miss the place but I'm also glad I stayed.

Perfect cabin for our ATV weekend. Riding right from the cabin was perfect. Cabin was just what you need when you’re spending most of the day riding the trials. It was clean and was exactly as pictured. Matt was very pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend and would stay again if we are in that area.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend hiking trip! We had everything we needed, with an especially well-equipped kitchen. Thanks for a great stay, and we'd stay here again in the future!

The place was exactly as described. Jaclyn was responsive and provided clear instructions and recommendations. The home is lovely and the views are amazing. The entire area is so quiet and peaceful. The home was central to everything we wanted to do. I would love to stay here again some day.
