Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Small and cozy is our "sea heart" (23 sqm), which is only 200m from the swimming spot on the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. See you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6am to 10pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 November weeks), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round every day from 6 am to 10 pm.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
