A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Cute city ground floor apartment with garden. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden with terrace. The small private garden is a gem in the middle of the city. When the weather is nice, you can work here or just relax from everyday life. Smoking is only allowed here. Ruhr-Universität Bochum is 15 minutes away by U35. Starlight Express, Dt. Bergbaumuseum, Stadtpark, HBF or the VFL Bochum are within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.
