Welcome to our cocoon, close to Bernay life and beautiful Norman villages. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the beaches are 35 minutes away! You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, a living room/dining room/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front of everything as well as on the ground if necessary.

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
