Overlooking Santander Bay (considered one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world) and Picos de Europa. Also on this same property we built 4 one-bedroom apartments in September 2025. It is located in the center of Pedreña. It has a small beach ideal for families and without crowds.

An ideal place to be surrounded by nature where you can relax, rest, and have privacy, since the Casuca del Estanque is away from the neighborhood.
