The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

You will enter via the equipped kitchen,then in the living area with fireplace. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two beds and a shower room with toilet. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village with direct access. The home is behind our primary residence.

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

We welcome you to this spacious 2-room (56 m2), quiet and bright (south-facing) 2 steps from the countryside. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle at the foot of the accommodation. Located northwest of Rennes, opposite The Land campus, transport (C4 and line 12) and shops are within a 10-minute walk.
