Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We stayed during the holidays for a winter getaway. This place had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find and park. The house was cozy and had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities. It's also right next to a great restaurant and coffee shop. It was a quick drive to Crystal Mountain and to Point Betsie Lighthouse. Deirdre was a proactive and responsive host, providing all the necessary details for a great stay, including lots of recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

What's so cool about this place is how flexible it is. I could bring my friends here for an adult weekend and never run out of things to do, or I could bring my toddler here and (with a baby gate over the stairs) she'd be safe with tons to do. I have to echo what all the other reviews say: the place was spotless and super welcoming, peaceful and private, fantastic amenities all in perfect condition, with tons to do in the house and in the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, proactive and helpful and friendly and engaged. Every inch of the place shows her thoughtfulness, from the tasteful decor to the light bulbs with hue tuned to each space. All in all: perfect. I can't wait to come back again and again.

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

We had a wonderful stay. This house was well equipped in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms with quality, newer, matching pans/utensils, towels and bedding. Plenty of paper products as well. Lots of space for 7 adults, including a very comfortable living room (2nd on lower level) and beautiful deck with plenty of seating and even a Solo wood stove!

Anna’s place was so charming, perfect for a family of three and our beagle. I was so lucky to find this place on short notice, I’m sure it’s usually booked because it’s in a great location. The house was spotless, and exactly as described. Very conveniently located between Arcadia and Frankfort. There’s a great new diner in Arcadia (the MT Plate Diner), plus mainstays like the Mayfair, Lighthouse Cafe, and Storm Cloud Brewery. We also checked out the new distillery, super close to Anna’s house. We love the area and usually visit a few times per year. We’re excited to stay here again.

House was very nice and clean. Great location for walking downtown only two minute walk. Hosts were very responsive!

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I enjoyed this visit as much as the first. Extremely friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for. I will stay again for sure.

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming studio! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing solo retreat. The setting is incredible - right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the private sandy beach made it feel like a hidden oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous , and the beachfront seating, fire pit, and beach toys made it easy to unwind and enjoy. The patio was a perfect spot to relax with a view and peaceful atmosphere. The owners were so kind and welcoming. It felt tucked away, yet still close to everything. Truly the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, and relaxing stay with stunning setting.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

Our stay was absolute magic. Being able to stay above our absolute favorite chocolate shop was a dream come true. There is nothing like coming off of the beach and straight into the shop to grab a frozen chocolate bar and giant cookie! Such a unique and amazing spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!
