Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

In a green setting, backed by the owner's house, this accommodation overlooking the river is just for you, with independent access. A living room with sofa, desk, Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no kitchen but you have a dining area with everything you need to prepare a hot drink. One bedroom, shower room. Private parking, garden and park. Shops, many restaurants and cinema 800 m away. Access to the city center on foot via an alley. (Pets not allowed).

Situé à 5 minutes de l'axe Vire/St Lô au niveau de l'autoroute A84 sortie 40, idéal pour visiter la Normandie (équidistance entre le Mont Saint Michel et les plages du débarquement). Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays. Requests for refunds for off-price cancellations are no longer negotiable.

Dating back to the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and still today many villagers remember spending time there. Welcome to our charming cozy 39 m2 apartment located in the heart of Percy-en-Normandie. This place is great for adventurous travelers thanks to its proximity to Mont Saint Michel, landing beaches and various other tourist attractions. The bright and welcoming side of our accommodation makes it a perfect place to relax after a day of discovery.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

Mont Saint Michel, Genêts, Shelter from the Strikes

Individual villa on the edge of the Grève, facing only Mont-Saint-Michel and Tombelaine... Serenity and rest assured! Genêts is the must-see place to make the mythical crossing of the Bay. The GR223 starts at the bottom of the house: to the left towards the Mont and to the right towards Granville.
