Die Umgebung ist umwerfend ruhig und die Aussicht phantastisch! Das Wetter begleitet einem durch den Tag und die Sicht auf die Wolken und den Himmel ist eine Freude pur.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal als Familie in Nicolas Wohnung in den Skiferien. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Skipiste ubd die Skischule sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Patricia hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren von Michele’s Unterkunft begeistert und hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort. Auch die ganze Abwicklung hat super unkompliziert geklappt. Klare Empfehlung

Trotz schlechten Wetters haben wir eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem sehr idyllisch gelegenen gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sorgfältig renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einmalig: ganz allein auf einer Lichtung im Wald. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage bei Gerhard und Conny, die uns beide sehr nett begrüßt haben. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und vor allem auch klasse ausgestattet. Es ist alles wichtige (z.B. Toilettenpapier, Schwämme etc.) vorhanden und muss nicht erst gekauft werden. Wir haben die Fewo, dank der tollen Beschreibung, auch sofort gefunden.

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und die Lage ist toll! Super praktisch für einen Aufenthalt mitten in Chiavenna.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen Balkon, die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Natur/Berge oberhalb des Sees. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die steile Wendeltreppe zum Wohnbereich ist nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns war es kein Problem. Die Verwalterin Anna hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben 😊👍🫶 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

We logeerden met 7 architecten in deze prachtige woning. Het overtrof onze hoge verwachtingen. Het huis en de omgeving zijn ongelofelijk mooi. Het was een plezier om er 2 nachten te verblijven.

Die Unterkunft war top – modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders positiv: Alles war super gepflegt und durchdacht. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der Pool gerade erst gereinigt wurde und daher noch nicht warm war – das war ein bisschen schade. Ansonsten aber absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gern wieder!

Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts.
