You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars.
