Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Tiny loft on the Argen

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.

Feel welcome in our cozy basement accommodation, which is equipped with a separate entrance and a private outdoor area. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Biberach. You can feel at home in fully equipped 35 square meters in two rooms (bedroom + living and dining kitchen) as well as a bathroom. Parking space is at your disposal free of charge.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Take it easy at this unique and very tranquil getaway. The covered, sunny terrace invites you to linger. In the village, there are shops for everyday needs. You are not far from Ulm or Blaubeuren and the biosphere area of the Swabian Alps.
