This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear it inside, as it stops ringing at midnight. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished. Modern and individually furnished studio with industrial look, kitchenette, shower bath, spacious double bed and private entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.
