Holiday rentals with a pool in Bibinje

Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im schönen Haus von Margita in Sukošan. Margita, die selbstgemachte kroatische Köstlichkeiten vorbereitet hatte zum Empfang und Zoram, der jeden Tag den Pool überprüft hat und sehr nett ist, sind liebe und ehrliche Menschen. Im Haus und auf dem gesamten Grundstück mit Pool und vielen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten, fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausflugstipps von Margita waren sehr hilfreich und bei allen Fragen, gab es sofort eine nette Antwort. Vielen Dank für Alles wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Schinken-Käse-Platte, Snacks, Bier und Wein empfangen – ein toller Start in den Urlaub! Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in einer traumhaften Lage. Der Pool war zwar eher knietief und erinnerte mehr an einen großen Whirlpool, aber dennoch angenehm zum Abkühlen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolute Empfehlung!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Natasha’s place was so pretty! The woman who met us with the key was also so incredibly sweet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

What should we say. This is a wonderful location to relax (the terasse is huge!). Both hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The sleeping rooms were good for us and our kids. We slept fine. Air condition worked wonders 🤣. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big fridge is there too. The WC is a bit small but again, enough for us. Really nothing negative..Thanks again 🫶 (not just for the figs 🥳) The private pool was pretty private ;-). The guests of the other apartment were gone during the day so we had a full pool day to ourselves. The pool was super clean too! And enough places to rest at the pool. They have a BBQ house too but we didn’t use it. We were too lazy to grill 🤣 Two good restaurants just few minutes car drive away.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft was super schön und der Pool war ein Highlight,den wir gerne genutzt haben. Die aussen Küche war auch super,bei den warmen Temperaturen draussen zu kochen war sehr angenehm. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten,wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Ein Mietauto ist vorteilhaft,weil die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht direkt um die Ecke sind. Kurz und knapp : Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter. Vielen dank nochmal für alles 🤩

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Greeted on arrival with a drink, a local map and lots of advice on where everything was. The pool a godsend in the heat, had it to ourselves most days. Local beaches, bars and restaurants. Quick trip across the water or Taxi to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Want to go back already!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

Wirklich wunderschönes und nagelneues Haus. Wie haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten und es ist genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Biograd. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit den Vermieter. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und der Pool ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Rundherum sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

Jättefint boende! Var lika fint som på bilderna om inte ännu finnare. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga värdar. Vi åkte med en 16 månaders "bebis" och baksidan med pool och solstolar passade oss perfekt! Baksidan var privat och trevlig. Staden/byn var inte så stor och inte så mycket att göra, men det passade oss bra som bilade ned. Bra och nära möjlighet till att handla mat.

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Thanks Anna for everything
