The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place - the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. We had a great stay! Enrico is a very friendly and helpful host who always responded immediately to our questions. The accommodation is exactly as described – very nice, right on the beach and super central. There are numerous restaurants and a cozy beach bar in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime!

Alessandro is a very nice, very friendly host. He wrote immediately, the apartment was also very easy to find. The apartment itself was great! Just like in the photos, very comfortable beds, the kitchen also very well equipped. The bathrooms were also very clean, large and with everything you need. There were mosquito nets everywhere on the windows, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and our car also had a nice covered parking space. The view and the location to the beach are unbeatable. We will definitely come back, thank you again for everything!

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

Great accommodation in close proximity to the beach - simply perfect location. It is very quiet and everything you need is nearby. Beach, restaurants, shops. Everything very clean - the apartment as well as the rest of the house and the pool. Very good and uncomplicated communication. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

Monika's place is still beautiful and relaxing! As in the previous year, it was wonderful to hear the gentle sound of the sea - without any disturbing noises. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic right by the apartment, and at the same time you are in the middle of the pedestrian zone with many nice bars and shops in just 2 minutes' walk - there is something for every taste! It is particularly practical that there is now even a private parking space - this makes the journey and the daily commute even more relaxed. Monika was as always very warm, helpful and answered all questions quickly. We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely come back! :)

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. Perfect location on the 8th floor with a balcony on the sea side. The view is fabulous. The elevator works very well. Many restaurants nearby, including a small grocery store. The public beach is very pleasant. A private parking space is right next to the house. The owner Marco is very friendly and helpful. Great.

The appartment is comfortable, clean and quite close to the seaside. Also the kitchen was also quite well equipped and since a lot of restaurants are nearby, we always had good food. Recommended by us (:

You step out the door and are in the middle of the life of the old town with all its restaurants and cafes. For us and our short break (3 nights) the apartment was absolutely perfect. The beach is 10 minutes away and 2 loungers with parasols were even reserved for us free of charge. The apartment has been newly renovated and offers enough space for 2 people. Even with 4 people, it is probably comfortable to live there. The apartment consists of a large living room overlooking Piazza Pio X, a large spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, a small nice kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Signora Giuliana is a very nice, humorous and young person. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Chiara is not only a very special hostess, but also a very helpful and fantastic person. Since we were only able to arrive 3 days later due to a family illness, early morning check-in was not a problem. We received a very cordial welcome and Chiara gave us all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was absolutely clean, immaculate and equipped with all possible appliances. We immediately felt at home. The beach and sea were at your fingertips from the balcony and within walking distance. A really great and advantageous location, as we were able to reach the apartment very quickly on foot even with our 4-year-old when we took a break from the beach. We felt super comfortable from day one 🤗 The apartment is well equipped, the beds are neither too hard nor too soft and thanks to its own underground parking space (own garage in underground garage) you do not have to worry about a parking space 👍🏻 The location is quiet at the marina, but in 5 minutes you can walk to the great beach and in 10-15 minutes to the city 👍🏻 Mojca and her daughter welcomed us and showed us everything. Both are super nice and Mojca also regularly asked if everything was okay. As a welcome gift, there was also a delicious bottle of local wine... Wow 🤗
