The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
