All amenities are around: shops, restaurants, bike rentals at the bottom of the apartment, bike path at the foot of the building, cinema 300M away, market 100M away, supermarket (Casino, Intermarché) 500/600M away. You can do everything on foot or by bike. The apartment is quiet, the rooms are at the back.

Studio de 28 m² à louer situé au Teich avec un jardinet. Studio agréable et très lumineux. Voie ferrée proche. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Respect des lieux et du voisinage. Pas de musique forte, pas de fête. Endroit paisible et tranquille. Merci de ne pas fumer dans le studio, un cendrier vous attend sur la terrasse. Pas d'accès autre qu'aux voyageurs qui ont réservé. Une caméra de surveillance est installée dans le jardin. Celle-ci sert à dissuader les voleurs.
