The accommodation is centrally located, on a street that is a little busy during the day but quiet in the evening and night. Shops are nearby (1 km), train station 2 km away. Bike paths. Bike rentals and canoes. Typical port is 2 minutes away. Nearby beaches, the 1st is 5 minutes away. Ocean beaches are 30 minutes away, like Arcachon, or Andernos. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car! Enough to combine farniente, nature and tourism stay, but wine tourism with St Emilion or the Médoc!

It is located 3 km from the city center of Andernos, and the beaches of the Arcachon Bay, and 10 km from the ocean beach of Grand Crohot in the municipality of Lège Cap Ferret, 50 minutes from Bordeaux or the Dune du Pilat. Guests can take advantage of this place to swim, walk, surf or visit Bordeaux as well as the Médoc castles.

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.
