The accommodation is centrally located, on a street that is a bit busy during the day but quiet in the evening and at night. Shops are nearby (1 km away), train station 2 km away. Bike paths. Bike & canoe rentals. Typical port 2 minutes away. Nearby beaches, the 1st is 5 minutes away. The ocean beaches are 30 minutes away, such as Arcachon, or Andernos. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car! Enough to combine relaxation, nature and tourism, but wine tourism with St Emilion or the Médoc!

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

As well as a private outdoor area (terrace, table and chair). For people who cannot access the floor, a sofa bed is available downstairs for 2 people

25 m2 studio ideal in its maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 young children. The studio is on our 800 m2 lot. It is not attached to our house. Our living spaces are opposite each other.
