This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Ideally located villa, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla, beaches. Wooden exterior layout, heated pool (May to September, heat pump 26°, water temperature according to weather conditions), outdoor kitchen, petanque court,… 5 bedrooms, (including a master suite) with double bed (140 cm) and storage, accommodating up to 10 guests. After your long walks, or your days at the beach, you can relax on the covered terrace with a barbecue or simply in the jacuzzi (available year-round)

If you want tranquility, pleasure and well-being, then welcome to the renovated "Bel Air" Cabin, inspired by the oyster cabins of the Bay, 32 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a living room with kitchenette, living room (sofa, TV). The cabin is located within the property. The CLEANING FEE is to be paid upon arrival €20. Breakfast (€9/pers) Spa (€20 1/2h €30/1h for 2 pers) are available. Please book 24 hours in advance. Close to train station, transport and shops.

It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.
