Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

20 min walk to the beach (children's playground), 2 min drive. Pretty coastal trails and charming little harbor with its guinguette + nice beachfront bar / restaurant. Close to Damgan, Penestin, Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort-en-Terre, ..., easily accessible. A convenience store in the village and all nearby businesses (Muzillac). Big market in Muzillac on Friday morning. New accommodation of 35 m².
