Well-equipped and fresh cottage on shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Bed loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large patio with lounge group and barbecue.

On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande tillgångar: Ved till bastu Dricksvatten i dunk Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) Utedass Liten grill Roddbåt Kanot Boendet är lämpat till max 2 personer.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in the ground floor one staircase down with shower and sauna and with exit to a large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Bror Stuga

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Salongen

En liten stuga för er som vill besöka och bo nära Furuvik och Gävle. Det är gångavstånd, ca 1 km, till Furuviksparken och Furuviks tågstation. Ca 400m till busshållplats mot Gävle/Älvkarleby. Det finns gott om badplatser både i havet/Dalälven samt sjöar i närheten. En mysig nyrustad stuga med många bekvämligheter. Tänk på att ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar då vi ej tillhandahåller detta.
