Holiday rentals with a patio in Biot

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

We had an incredible stay at Remario’s Airbnb! It’s a beautiful place with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s also in such a great location - close to the train station and also in walking distance to the beach. Remario’s communicate was really great and responsive. We would happily stay here again and hope to be back!

We loved staying at Adrien’s place! He provided all the baby items we needed and was able to offer us recommendations for photographers and things to do! It was a short walk from the beach and felt very safe.

Ich war sehr froh in dieser Unterkunft leben zu dürfen für die letzten zwei Monate !! Anais ist eine sehr gut Gastgeberin und die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man sich eine längere Auszeit an der Cote Dázure wünscht. Der Preis ist das einzig negative, aber das liegt nicht unbedingt an Ihr sondern an Airbnb :)

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

We absolutely loved staying at Cyril’s beautiful apartment. We loved our evenings on the balcony and the location was excellent.

Appartement en hauteur, lumineux et au calme avec terrasse au soleil le matin, proche du bord de mer (palais des festivals), très pratique et fonctionnel. Quelques petite détails à peaufiner vu le prix (ampoule à changer, serviettes, vaisselle ébréchée). Sinon très bien

Luisa’s place was a perfect spot during our vacation! We came by car and the parking was very important to us, but we usually like to explore local things with public transport. Again a win-win! Parking is safe and spacious. Walkable distance to the station to ensure a stress-free and environment-friendly Riviera exploration. The biggest highlight was a 5 min walk to the beach: both sandy and public or more remote and rocky. We really enjoyed early morning swims at our own pace! The place itself is as described and shown in pictures. Has all the needed amenities you might need in the kitchen or any other areas. Very clean! Crisp linnen and very soft bed. Pretty silent Airconditioning with Dry option that is very needed in summer. Luisa is very responsive host and even if we haven’t met we felt welcome and taken care of. All neighbors were very friendly too! Definitely recommend! Hope to come back again in the future! Thank you, Luisa!

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The villa was exactly like in the pictures – which is rare! Beautiful garden, refreshing and spotless pool, great location, and a lovely host. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Vi hade en jättefin tid i huset och boendet motsvarade verkligen bilder och beskrivning. Huset var välutrustat, lång över vår förväntan. Celine mötte upp oss och förklarade allt om boendet och närområdet. Celine var också tillgänglig och bistod ifall något dök upp. Rekommenderar verkligen en vistelse här. Avkopplande i ett hus fullt med charm och bra pool för att svalka sig på varma dagar.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux en famille dans le logement de Julie. La maison est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Elle est très bien équipée et tellement agréable ! La vue mer est à la fois époustouflante et apaisante. La maison est grande avec beaucoup d'espaces séparés : pendant que les enfants étaient dans la piscine, les adultes jouaient à la pétanque, sans nous gêner les uns les autres. Mais on était aussi ravis de se retrouver dans l'espace à vivre hyper convivial et confortable. Vraiment parfait et très bien pensé pour le bien-être de tous. L'espace piscine nous a permis de faire des barbecues ou de prendre l'apéritif. La villa est dans un domaine sécurisé, dans la verdure, à la fois au calme et à l'écart de la ville, et en même temps, pas trop loin du centre de Sainte Maxime. Idéal pour sortir et faire les courses. Une très belle découverte ! Merci beaucoup à Julie aussi pour son accueil, et ses conseils ! Elle était aux petits soins pour nous !

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Jesper was really responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Shalya a été proactive et arrangeante pour pallier à un imprévu de travaux de copropriété dans le logement initial. Le second logement proposé a tout à fait répondu à nos attentes.

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

ottimo appartamento per chi ama la tranquillità immersi nella natura. noi eravamo in bicicletta e la salita che porta alla casa è abbastanza impegnativa, ma ne è valsa la fatica. bellissima la terrazza dove abbiamo cenato. ambiente pulito e accogliente. consigliato

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich top, wir waren als Familie 3 Tage dort und haben die Wohnung als Basis für Ausflüge nach Nizza und Monaco genutzt, wozu wir das Auto genommen haben.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

My wife and I spent a lovely 5 days in the Riviera with Annecy as our home base. This penthouse apartment was a perfect size for a couple and the views from the balcony were lovely. The tall ceilings in the kitchen/living area were a nice touch. And there’s a small elevator (for 2 people). Thanks so much Roni and Greg!!

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!
