Un projet écologique basé sur 5 axes principaux : 1/Protection du patrimoine existant 2/Utilisation de matériaux sains et naturels 3/Limitation des énergies 4/Gestion de l'eau 5/Gestion des déchets À 1,5 km du centre-ville de Grasse, séjournez dans un havre de paix typiquement provençal, au milieu des oliviers et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur les collines. Aéroport de Nice Cote d'Azur à 35 minutes. Gare de Cannes à 20 minutes. Quartier St François accessible en voiture du centre de ville de Grasse, en bus (Ligne 9 Jeanne Jugan) ou même à pieds ( 30 minutes avec dénivelés) La maison des propriétaires est encore en travaux mais ne génère aucune nuisance.

Bienvenue chez Laurence et Claude, retraités tous les deux, nous proposons à la location un studio indépendant avec coin cuisine, attenant à notre maison. Situé à 3km de la mer et de Marineland, 15 km de l'aéroport, moins de 1.5 km de la Bastide du Roy. Parking gratuit. Je parle Allemand, et un peu anglais, mon mari Claude parle Italien, et mon fils parle anglais. Avant de réserver, merci de bien prendre connaissance des conditions générales dans la rubrique à savoir.

This charming loft has been completely renovated. It will seduce you with its neat decoration and Provençal hues. It is on the second floor and you will appreciate its particular layout since it is under the roofs. Nevertheless very bright, it has many windows to the walls and also under roof. It can accommodate up to four people with one bedroom with a double bed 180*200 and a sofa bed in the living room 140*190 (it can be used only for booking of 3 people min), 1 toilet.

Bienvenue chez nous, à Biot, le magnifique village médiéval. Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).
