Parking space, barrier-free Elevator, master bathroom, toilet, 2 x queen beds with Bassetti bedding, desk. Crosstrainer, high-speed Internet TV, air conditioning, furniture Jette Joop and Koinor partly electric. Kitchen with fridge-freezer combo., oven, steamer, microwave, grill, dishwasher, induction cooktop and recessed fan, dishes, etc. Thermomix, Jura fully automatic.

The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

In front of the entrance door, a small seating area invites you to linger. A washer/dryer is available for washing/drying laundry. Hand/kitchen towels and bed linens are available for use. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.

Markus is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I enjoyed alot staying at his place. My mother-in-law stayed on site and was very happy. Martina is very friendly and helpful. The room and the apartment are very neat and clean. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping and S-Bahn very close. We were very happy and satisfied, can only recommend it and will be happy to book there again.
