Apartment holiday rentals in Birmingham

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Great place, warm comfortable and clean and well equipped

Very central and comfortable apartment. Great to have two bathrooms when sharing with friends. Great communication from host. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

I can’t recommend Nina’s Nest as a place to stay in Birmingham highly enough. The apartment is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the stay has everything that you might need. Irsi was a really responsive host and answered any messages very quickly. The stay is in a wonderful location, quiet, but with the Main Street, filled with shops, pubs and eateries just one minute walk away. The bus stop to get to the city centre is also right there. If we ever have occasion to stay in Birmingham again, we would certainly hope to return to Nina’s Nest. Five stars.

Had a great stay, the flat was in a good location with secure parking. The flat was spacious and well equipped with a nice bathroom.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

We only dealt with Teresa during our stay but she was so welcoming. The apartment was lovely and much more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay. The weather was nice so we sat out on the balcony in the evening, overlooking the stables and surrounding greenery. It was also the evening before my wedding so Teresa kindly gifted us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate, which was so thoughtful! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Fantastic location, just a short walking distance from the train station and many of the best restaurants in the city. The flat was very well kept and exactly like in the photos. The host was quick to reply and both checkin and checkout went smoothly.

Attractive clean property with parking outside, which is a plus in Lichfield, would recommend.

A really great location! The apartment was as described and communicating with the host was very easy. We extended our stay after just one night at Massuh's place. I especially liked that the apartment was very clean and tidy. The location is central to most amenities such shops, restaurants and transport hubs. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

We booked Winston's place as we were attending a concert at the Utilia Arena. Winston was very helpful and attentive from the start and he was right it's a short walk from his place to the Arena. Winston's place is like a home from home, from the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, coffee and tea on the side and bottles of water and ice creams in the freezer. We will not hesitate to stay again if we are attending a concert at the Utilia Arena.

Betwixt is a beautiful presented self contained stay. It was all on 1 level, ideal for my limited mobility. Everything was as described and it was immaculate. The room was cool and peaceful. The communication we received was excellent and the directions were clear. We highly recommend it and will certainly return.

I've used this apartment once before. It's nice and clean, looks good and is comfortable and in a great city center location. Perfect little AirBnB and would use again.

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

I went to Birmingham with my daughter to watch Guns n Roses at Villa Park. Birmingham new street train station is a 3 minute walk from the apartment which took us to Witton station approx 5 minute walk to villa park. Apartment is in a brilliant location, very clean, has everything you need inside, towels, iron etc. would definitely use Kula again.

Great for getting to the NEC everyday for an event, Lidl over the road for food shopping. Tidy, comfortable and quiet. Great info sheet shared before checki in. Would stay again.
