The carriage house serves as kitchen/dining/living room/work space/couch turns into full-size bed with wifi / tv. Bathroom/queen bedroom private yard. Well behaved dogs welcome but must be with humans or crated when separated. Minisplits effectively keeps rooms warm or cool. The rental is separate and behind the main house where I live. Tennis/pickle/skate a block away.

The Wills House-Saguaro Suite. Please read the description before booking this unit. This is the smallest of our units and is located on the ground floor of the smaller two story building. There is only one step up to access it! It is has a twin size daybed and trundle bed. While space is tight, it can sleep two with the trundle pulled out. The unit also has a smart tv and kitchenette with a microwave, toaster and fridge. The patio is a favorite spot to hang out and enjoy the courtyard.
