In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

My place is close to the city center with lots of family-friendly activities. In addition, the Teuteburger Wald is only a 15-minute walk away. Friendly attic apartment

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

Central Business Apartment at Teuto

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

In the heart of the Teutoburg Forest, in the middle of the Bad Essen mountain, in the immediate vicinity of the family vacation home Haus Sonnenwinkel, is our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation home for up to four people. Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in my oasis of well-being. You have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with a living area, also for comfortable sleeping, a bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a balcony with seating and garden views. Everything was renovated and newly furnished in September 2016.
