We really enjoyed our weekend at Beachcombers Cottage! We were very comfortable, the bed is super comfy, we enjoyed having the use of a bath and the garden is delightful. Buy your food before you get there as shopping is limited, drink in The Ship. Chris, the bar manager is fabulous and the locals are great fun! Thank you Di for being such a great host and for the wine and chocs - much appreciated !

A guest favourite, perfect place to experience the countryside.

The perfect location for a peaceful weekend with views of the mountains from the large extension/ conservatory. We wanted to be near the coast and The Lakes, so this location was perfect and very quiet. Sally and Frank welcomed us with a warmth we had not seen before. They are such a happy, positive couple we felt at home from the onset. Frank is also an accomplished author, amongst other things. The four things we look for when we book our Airbnb weekends are comfy bed, sofa, great showers, and a view of mountains or the sea. They surpassed all of them. There was lots of information on the lakes in books for us. Also, a large bookcase for avid readers. Everything was well thought out. We really didn't want to leave today as all four of us chatted for a while with a cuppa and realised how much we had in common. Their home was immaculate throughout, including the gardens. We can't wait to come back. Thank you both for making our weekend .

Myself and my partner had such a lovely peaceful weekend here. The caravan was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. Perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. Carmen the host was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions. We would visit again. Thanks :)
