Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Black Sea

Cazarea este situata intr-o zona foarte linistita si usor accesibila, aproape de plaja si de portul Mangalia. In fata casei sunt locuri de parcare publice si o mica piata; in zona sunt numeroase magazine si restaurante. Apartamentul este exact ca in poze, foarte curat, confortabil, micut, cochet si bine echipat. O experienta minunata daca vrei sa te relaxezi si sa scapi de aglomeratie.

Один из самых лучших домов где мы отдыхали! 👍 Есть всё необходимое для длительного проживания, всё продумано до мелочей. Дом находится в очень тихом и спокойном поселке, в 5 минутах от песчаного пляжа - самое то чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты. Рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов, море в 5 минутах ходьбы. Мы были просто в восторге, обязательно приедем ещё раз 🤩

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Eve gerçekten bayıldık, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve her şey düşünülmüş. Olanaklar gayet yeterliydi havuzun ısıtması olması da güzeldi. Ahmet bey ve eşi her konuda yardımcı oldular, istediğimizde onlara ulaşabildik. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum herkese tavsiye ederim!

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Teşekkürler

Amazing! A truly pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and attentive to our needs from the beginning until check-out. Communication was smooth, and they were always quick to assist whenever we had questions. The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos — maybe even better! The location is strategic and the neighborhood was peaceful. There were many thoughtful touches from the host that made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. We’ll definitely come back if we get the chance!

Burnumuzda tütüyor 🥹 Her sabah pıtır pıtır kendisini sevdirmeye gelen, geceleri ateş başında otururken siz korkmayın diye tüm korumacılığıyla usul usul yanınıza kıvrılan bir sevgi yumağı kendisi 😍 Ah bi de o mırıl mırıl kedişler; terapi gibi 🫠 Özetle bu kadar sevgi dolu evlatlar yetiştirmiş bir ev sahibi nasıl kötü olabilir? Anlayacağınız, eğer burada konaklamayı tercih ederseniz sizi, sizlerle aynı bahçede tüm güler yüzüyle bir çift karşılayacak. Bu nedenle güvenlik kaygınız olmasın, tek başınıza bile biraz doğada inziva istiyorum düşüncesiyle tercih edebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Apartment was clean modern and looked like the photos. The host was really responsive and helpful. Being able to park in the garage was a plus

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

Great location, in the heart of old town Balat. Close to all the area has to offer, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of access to the rooftop terrace - great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Easy walking distance to ferry, tram and bus. Local advice from Sencen much appreciated. Local cafe’s and restaurants, shoe repair and transport options. Overall a 5 star stay !!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

This is the ideal place if you’re a group of 3-5 people. Even with a full house it would still be exceptionally spacious. Very walkable neighborhood and close to everything. Great AC for those sultry Istanbul nights. But the thing that really stood out to me is what a great person Eyup is! I ended up going to a concert with him and his girlfriend the second night I was there. This is someone you can really reach out to as your host but after this stay I will no longer call him my host. Definitely my friend.

We had an amazing stay at this chalet! The views were absolutely stunning - greenery all around, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It's located in a very calm area, yet still just a short drive from the city, which was very convenient. The hosts were kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Foarte placuta sederea, superb view-ul catre mare!

tertemizdi kendi evinde yemişsin gibi hissediyorsun her şeyi her detayına kadar düşünülmüş bardağı çanağı şekeri kahvesi yani her şeyi tamamen var almanız gereken hiçbir şey yok ve her yer tertemiz bir sıkıntı olduğunda hemen dönüş yapıyorlar yardımcı oluyorlar 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde çok büyük market var taksiyle inebileceğin yakınlıkta göl her şey çok güzeldi

Die Unterkunft von Inga war einfach super. Ruhig gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick! Alles ist genauso, wie beschrieben. Wir kamen erst gegen 23 Uhr an und Inga hat uns noch freundlich empfangen. Vom Zentrum von Batumi zum Guesthouse kann man unproblematisch ein Taxi/Bolt nehmen. Auch zum Guesthouse finden die Taxifahrer gut. Es empfiehlt sich die letzten 100 Meter zum Guesthouse zu laufen und die Taxifahrt an der Kreuzung mit der Kirche zu beenden. Das gleiche sollte man auch machen, wenn man sich ein Taxi ruft. Inga ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Abschied sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. :)

Great bungalow in the middle of nature. Beautiful surroundings. Ramazan was very welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

Casa este curata, frumos pozitionata pe un teren pe malul lacului cu ponton pe lac. Este un loc ideal pentru relaxare si evadare din urban. Este dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie iar gazdele sunt foarte ospitaliere (pachetul de bun venit a fost un gest super). A fost foarte usor sa comunicam cu Iulian. Recomand cu drag aceasta locatie.

After our round trip through Moldavia we arrived the 2nd time in that very nice tiny house. Again everything was fine and clean. Even fresh flowers were inside and outside on the table live the first time. We hat again a very good time here and in the capital. Thank you for your hospitality Sergiu. Highly recommended.
