Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Black Sea

The apartment location is a great one, right next to the Galata tower and in the proximity of multiple grocery stores. The connecting streets take you right to Taksim square and downtown area. The narrow streets around hold a lot of interesting stores and restaurants and are a treat to walk around. The house in itself is nice - the bedroom facing the street and the tower is large but can get noisy if there are a lot of tourists in the area (or Galatasaray fans which was the case during my stay). The inner bedrooms are quiet and cosy. The house itself is long and narrow and bathrooms are small, takes some time to get used to it. Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs, the stairway had a musty smell but the owner said that the cat had given birth to a litter in the basement so that could have been it. The instructions for pick up and delivery of keys were very clear and concise.

Excellent host, friendly and attentive to help with whatever you need. The location is perfect because you have all accessible sights. It's a friendly and festive area.

I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house, the view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, I went up there and enjoyed the view.

The place was exactly as described and had everything mentioned and needed for even a longer stay. Nael was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we require. If I will come back to Istanbul I will definitly like to stay at his place again. Highly recommend! :)

I'm travelling in Istanbul till 15 years and it's almost the best flat I've been in, it's really cosy and quite (silent very rare in Istanbul), the bed is confortable, the place is actually bigger and better than in the pictures (most of other airbnb flats are very small). The neighbourhood is perfect because central, close from everything but much more friendly and authentic than the historical quarter. Elif is super friendly and helps in everything. The only thing that make me anxious is that it's such a good place that it won't be available next time I come :)

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

Had a very relaxing time here; loved it offseason and we're booking again for summer. Perfect for 2 couples: private AND with cosy common areas. Mornings were wonderfully chill: the garden faces the East, with a view of the sunrise over wild fields and a glimpse of the sea on the horizon. Bonus for animal lovers: pets in the village are friendly and gentle and will be happy to hang out in your garden if you encourrage them. Cats will be cats, though, be mindful of leaving stuff out over night, especially food and blankets. Or bring your own dog to keep them in line :) We had a cold rainy day too, when we cooked and chatted inside in a well equipped kitchen. Drove to the beach every day and did some easy roadtrips in the area, beautiful even with rain. We had everything we needed - a lot of local recommendations from the host, bikes for exploring, beach equipment, bluetooth speaker, barbecue, board games, binoculars, bird watching books. Accessible and comfy for a pregnant lady, too.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

A house in a beautiful location with a large veranda. However, it is not possible to descend around the stream, it is quite steep.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Ilie's apartment! From start to finish, everything went perfectly. The communication was excellent and Mr. Ilie was an extremely welcoming host and attentive to detail. The apartment is impeccable – very clean, well equipped and tastefully arranged. We felt right at home and appreciated the peace and comfort provided. It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind.
